LITTLE ROCK, Ark., May 02, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Communications Sales & Leasing, Inc. (“CS&L” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:CSAL) announced today the completion of its acquisition of PEG Bandwidth LLC.  The Company borrowed $321 million under its revolving credit facility to fund the cash portion of the purchase price and transaction costs.
